RECIPROCITY

Jack thought of reciprocity as a system/environment interaction requirement.

In this model environment would normally mean "neighbor system".
A system should interact with it's neighbor system on the basis of energy reciprocity to maintain a stable state for the system and its neighbor system.
The quality of the energy in the exchange process would be of a different nature but not the quantity.
Thus, both systems would benefit from the interaction.

Predatory systems would consume energy from neighbor systems to the extent that the neighbor system would be reduced to a minimal survival mode.
Malignant predatory systems would continue to consume energy from neighbor systems until the neighbor systems would cease to exist.
This would inevitably lead to termination of the malignant predator since it would finally be left without neighboring systems to feed on.
