"Pacowowca model".

The Pacowowca model refers to a line a famous WWII war leader used when discussing certain (assassination) methods with an almost equally famous Field Marshal .

( " you can't fight a pack of wolves with candy ") .

This line has recently acquire more significance (e.g. Global fight against terrorism / Stauffenberg files ) .

(note . In the Stauffenberg files there have sometimes been arguments about the identity of the wolves which makes the model difficult to use freely ) .
